Mogobe Press101 Rosin Press: Powerful, Precise, and Compact.

Please Note: This is a stand-alone rosin press. Decarb capsules, pre-presses, parchment paper, filter bags, and other accessories are sold separately. For optimal safety and performance, the Mogobe Press101 rosin press machine must be securely screwed to a table or board before use. Exercise caution and avoid touching the hot plates during operation. Use only the provided T-handle bar; substituting with a longer handle may apply excessive force and damage the dab press.

2.5" x 2.5" Heated Plates: The Press101 features robust 2.5" x 2.5" dual heated plates crafted from 6061 aluminum, delivering up to 3400 PSI of pressure for efficient rosin pressing.

Pressure Calculation Example: With a 2-ton force (approximately 4444 lbs) applied to a 2" x 4" filter bag (contact area roughly 1.29 square inches), the resulting pressure is approximately 3445 PSI.

Heavy Duty & Compact Design: Constructed from durable stainless steel, this nug press allows for easy application of up to 2 tons of force with the T-handle. Its compact design maximizes strength and efficiency.

PID Temperature Control: Achieve precise temperature control with the integrated PID (Proportional, Integral, and Derivative) system. The heated plates reach up to 120° Celsius (248° Fahrenheit). Simply set your desired temperature for optimal flavor or yield. The Press101 reaches 82° Celsius (180° Fahrenheit) in 6-15 minutes and maintains a stable temperature within ±2° Celsius of the target.

PTC Heaters for Safety and Longevity: Equipped with dual PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) heaters, this hash press plates ensures safe, self-regulating operation without overheating. PTC heaters, made from barium titanate ceramics, offer corrosion resistance and a long service life (up to 80,000 hours), reducing repair and energy costs.

Structural Flexibility & Repairability: The Press101 is designed for durability and ease of repair. In the event of accidental damage, replacement parts are readily available. Q: What are the Steps to Make?
A:
1: Put your source material in a folded parchment paper or filter bag.
2: Place the parchment paper between the two heated plates and apply ample pressure.
3: Lowering the plates down and letting the raw materials heat up for 30-50 seconds without fully closing.
4: Slowly increase the pressure till fully closes up. Don‘t max the pressure too quickly since it may cause a blowout.
5: Wrap it up when done, don’t let it sit on the heat plate too long.
6: When working with larger material, you may need to repeat the pressing process 2 times.
7: Use Mogobe Collect Station cooling plate carving tool to collect.
8: Store it properly in a low-temperature environment.

Have purchased a few products from the company and have been very pleased with the shipping times along with the value of the products. The customer service is very quick to respond. I'd recommend using a high load grease on the main **** and thrust bearing. The supplied bar for the handle provides far more than enough leverage. I chose to choke the leverage way down based off a prior experience and added a billboard ball offset ****.

The press is an amazing product! It’s great for beginners. I had a problem with the press after a few uses but they sent me two replacement parts with ease! The shipping is decently quick and I’d recommend this product.

I could not recommend this more if U r looking for a compact affordable press. I am still dialing in the temperature controls. I have bought presses at this price point in the past but I would say this is about as good as you are going to get. Will definitely buy again

Excellent press, excellent customer service

The press is great and gives good yeilds! Excellent for hobbyist extractors and first timers, the plates heat up quickly and the pressure is even. Absolutely no complaints! Very compact,so it is easy to find a place to store it. Not to mention very fast to reply to queries by email, if you do encounter any issues. Highly recommend, and you can’t really find another press of this quality in this price range.
