Note: This Acetal plastic Pre-Press Mold is processed by a CNC machine. The debris generated by the high-speed rotation of the tool may in turn cause small scratches on the surface of the product. These appearance defects have no effect on actual use. However, please place your order knowing the fact. We will look for ways to make the product look better in the following batches of production. The appearance of aluminum version of Pre-Press looks pretty, due to the oxidization after CNC processing.
Larger capacity with higher frame: The mold’s external size is 4X2X2 inches, and its inner size is 3.5X1.5 X1.8 inches (Length, Width, and Height). The 1.8 inch is higher than most pre press molds in the market.
Size: This 2X4 inches external size pre press mold works great with most heat press machines if the heat plates kit size is larger than 2X4'', e.g. 3X5'', 4X6''. It is ideal for using 2X4'', 2X4.5'' or 2X3'' nylon filter bags.
Won't get stuck & no problem of small amount material: It is easy to load and unload without getting stuck in the process since the solid rectangular mold can penetrate the hollow mold. Also, this hollow design allows you to press out as little material as you want.
This mold is made of Acetal plastic: it is a plastic that has high stiffness, low friction, and excellent dimensional stability.
