This Pre Press Mold works great with most heat press machines if the heat plates size ≥ 2.5x2.5'', e.g. 2.5x2.5'', 3x3'', 3x4'', 3x5'', 4x6''. Ideal for using 2X4'', 2X4.5'' nylon screen bags (filter bags) to press 3-7 grams of materials.
It is made of Acetal Plastic which is Harder than Aluminum 6063-T6: Rockwell hardness value of Acetal plastic ranges from 75 to 94 while Aluminum 6061-T6 is around 60. So don't worry about it will cracking under pressure.
We make it longer in the solid cylinder so that you can take out the material quickly.
